Delivery - UK

Artwork is usually sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires a signature on receipt. Originals will usually be dispatched within one to two days of ordering. Prints are outsourced and delivery may take up to two weeks.

 

Delivery - International

​

Artwork is usually sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked service, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please also be aware that customs and import taxes are to be paid by you and these can be quite expensive.

 

Returns

​

All artwork is packed with great care and should arrive in perfect condition.  For original work, there may be minor imperfections (for example dents in the paper surface, small pen/pencil smudges), these are part of the charm of an original handmade portrait that has not been produced or printed by a machine.
 

If you take delivery of work and it is damaged in transit, or if for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, then I am happy to offer a full refund or replacement. This is provided you notify me by email nikcourtney.portraitartist@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, and the work is returned to me (at the buyer’s expense) in the condition in which it was received, and original packaging, within 30 days of the order being sent. Your refund will then be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
